It really depends on the blend. Native to the Mediterranean and North Africa, wild grown Lavandula angustifolia is known for its calming and restorative properties.
Lavender tea is a wonderful (and delicious) antidote to stress. It can also reduce inflammation, boost immune health and support good digestion. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes, sit back and relax.

Serving Suggestion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water (100ºc) for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Storage: Store below 180C in a dry place, out of light.
