Try adding walnuts by sprinkling on top of a leafy green or fruit salads, or finely ground in dips and sauces. You could also chop and used in whole grain breads and scones or crush them to use as a coating on fish or chicken.
Walnuts also make an excellent breakfast addition served atop oatmeal or yogurt or chop and add to your lunch wrap or pita bread sandwiches.
