How to use quinoa flakes:
- Stove top quinoa oatmeal: bring milk or water to the boil, add quinoa flakes and cook for 2 min and serve with topping of your choice. Use a ratio of 1:3 quinoa flakes to liquid or adjust to your preference of texture.
- Microwave quinoa oatmeal: add the quinoa flakes and milk or water to a microwave save bowl, microwave for about 2 min on high. Serve with toppings of choice.
- Quinoa breading flakes: used as an alternative to breadcrumbs for baking & frying. Simply dry fry quinoa flakes in a skillet pan until golden brown. Crumb as usual or add to the top of oatmeal for extra texture.
