How to cook adzuki beans:
- Use a strainer or colander to rinse your beans under cold water.
- Optional – it is not necessary to soak adzuki beans, but some people prefer to soak them before they cook them.
- Use a large pot and submerge the beans in water keeping in mind that they may swell to 3 x their original size
- Bring water to boil, cook for roughly 45 minutes or until beans are tender.
