The natural molasses content remaining in the crystal provides Bundaberg Organic Raw Sugar with its distinctive flavour. This makes it especially suited to coffee, as well as certain baking recipes.

In order to maintain their certification, Bundaberg Organic Raw Sugar needs to clean down all their processing equipment and set aside a couple of days to just process their organically grown stock.

Unlike raw sugar produced in other countries, the sugar that we produce in Bundaberg uses no animal products in their refining process.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool dry spot away from direct sunlight and excess moisture.
