Description
Capers are unripe flower buds which have a salty and slightly sour flavour. They are generally used in salads, sauces, dressings and a number of other Mediterranean dishes for the unique twist of flavour it adds to dishes. Figaro capers are the unripend flower buds of capporis spinosa.
