A symphony of flowers and bergamot dancing on your palate
Here’s how to make a proper French Earl Grey. Start with premium, organic black tea. Infuse with fragrant bergamot oil. Then layer in rose petals, peppery calendula (also known as marigold) and cornflowers.
Suddenly you’ve got something really interesting: a complex brew with floral hops and some earthy, clove-like spice.
