Pieces of garlic flakes are larger than in Garlic Powder or Garlic Granules. And it’s a more expensive product than Garlic Salt, as it’s not diluted with salt.

Typical dishes in which they are used include soups, stews, sauces, meat loaves, and casseroles.

They do not work in well in such things as an oil and vinegar salad dressing: the dressing has the liquid but doesn’t have the cooking.

Generally, they work really well in any recipe that includes a cooking time and some sort of liquid.

As the flakes absorb cooking juices or liquids, they release the garlic flavor, enhancing the overall taste of the dish.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight.
