Organic quinoa flakes provide all the benefits of whole-grain quinoa with a more familiar breakfast texture and a much quicker cooking time.
How to use quinoa flakes:
- Stove top oatmeal: bring milk or water to the boil, add the flakes and cook for 2 min and serve with topping of your choice. Use a ratio of 1:3 flakes to liquid or adjust to your preference of texture.
- Microwave oatmeal: add the flakes and milk or water to a microwave save bowl, microwave for about 2 min on high. Serve with toppings of choice.
- Gluten Free Breading flakes: used as an alternative to breadcrumbs for baking & frying. Simply dry fry quinoa flakes in a skillet pan until golden brown. Crumb as usual or add to the top of oatmeal for extra texture.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight.
