They have a flavour similar to black peppercorns but not as strong and more fruity and bright.
With a slightly sweet & mild spiciness, try adding them to butter-based sauces, salads, seafoods, dressings & poultry dishes.
If you’re working with just pink peppercorns, it’s best to sprinkle them whole or lightly crush them before adding them to dishes.
