Description
Soybeans are incredible versatile and are used in a large variety of prepared or processed foods. Soya bean protein is the only complete plant protein; as it contains all of the amino acids essential for health.
How To Cook Soybeans:
- Before cooking on a stove top, you will need to soak the beans for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- You will need to cook the beans in a 1:3 ratio with water. So, for every cup, you will need 3 cups of water.
- Add soaked beans to a large cook pot & bring water to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover over and simmer for around 3 hours or until tender. They should have doubled in size.
